1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phpruby ("phpruby," "we," "us," or "our"), governing all access to and use of the phpruby online gaming platform accessible at https://phpruby.vip and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any feature of the phpruby Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phpruby Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling;
2. You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
3. Online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction where you are physically located at the time of play;
4. You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of phpruby or any of its affiliated entities, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person;
5. You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority;
6. You have not previously had a phpruby account suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

phpruby reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period constitutes grounds for account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the phpruby Platform, you must create a single registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, mobile number, and email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one phpruby account. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. phpruby employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity verification technology to detect and prevent duplicate registrations. All duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances forfeited.

Know Your Customer (KYC): phpruby is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (passport, driver's license, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, or equivalent) together with proof of residential address. phpruby reserves the right to request additional documentation, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership, at its sole discretion.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify phpruby immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phpruby will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: phpruby accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phpruby wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. phpruby does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. phpruby targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 30 minutes; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 banking days. phpruby reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000.

Bonus Funds: Withdrawals of bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements, which must be fully satisfied before such funds become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. phpruby may apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱100 to dormant account balances after providing 30 days' prior written notice to the registered email address. Remaining balances, if any, will be returned to the registered payment method upon player request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phpruby offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback programs (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above;
• Each Bonus offer is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be fully completed within the validity period stated in the specific Bonus terms — unused Bonus funds expire automatically upon conclusion of the validity period;
• phpruby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players;
• Any evidence of Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registration of multiple accounts, hedging bets to exploit promotional terms, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on the phpruby Platform are governed by the rules published within each game, together with any applicable game category rules made available on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

phpruby uses Random Number Generation (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

phpruby reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, or suspend games where a technical malfunction, error, or integrity issue is identified. In such cases, affected stakes will be refunded to player wallets. phpruby is not liable for any losses attributable to technical failures outside its direct control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpruby Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players or exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits made to your phpruby account;
• Systematic exploitation of Bonus terms, also known as "Bonus hunting" or "Bonus abuse";
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

phpruby reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently terminate any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances in that account, and report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phpruby Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and interface design — is the exclusive property of phpruby or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without the prior written consent of phpruby.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpruby's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpruby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether or not phpruby has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phpruby does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Responsible Gaming

phpruby is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across the Platform. In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and our own Responsible Gaming Policy, the following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings through your account settings;
• Loss Limits: Define maximum net loss thresholds for defined time periods;
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Configure automatic reminders and session duration limits;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your account for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently through a request to phpruby support — self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the specified period.

11. Account Termination

phpruby may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; confirmed underage gambling; or at phpruby's sole discretion where continued operation of your account poses a risk to platform integrity.

You may close your phpruby account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 banking days, provided KYC has been completed.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phpruby reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phpruby Platform shall first be submitted to phpruby's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its applicable regulatory channels. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above mechanisms.
